  • How long have you been in business?

    Since 1987, over two million people have travelled with Diamond Tours® from all across America. We are the largest bus tour operator in America dealing exclusively in motorcoach group travel.

  • Can your bus tours start from ANY state in America?

    Yes! Your group's trip can start from ANY town in ANY state in America (except Alaska, California, and Hawaii). We work with thousands of travel clubs and organizations all across America.

  • Why are your prices so low?

    Since we are the largest bus tour operator in America dealing exclusively in motor coach group travel, our volume of business allows us to negotiate discounts other bus tour operators can't get.

  • Is a deposit required to make a group reservation?

    No deposit of any kind is required to make a group reservation. We'll hold your trip date for free, and give you time to promote the tour. To confirm your booking, simply send in your group's deposit. If you have to cancel, there is NO obligation of any kind! We can also try to combine you with another group that is also in need of more people.

  • How large must my group be?

    The minimum group size is 30 people. If you have a smaller group, no problem! Search for the tours in your area with our Join A Tour search tool. Speak to one of our representatives about joining a Diamond Tours® trip in your area by calling us at 800-336-5711 .

  • How do I receive free trips?

    If you have 49 paid participants, you will receive 3 free trips. If you have 40 paid participants, you will receive 2 free trips. If you have 35 paid participants, you will receive one free trip.

  • Do your prices cover the whole trip, starting from my location?

    Yes! The prices and itineraries you see when logged into our web site cover the entire trip, starting from your town. Our prices include round trip motorcoach transportation, all lodging (including en route hotels), admission to all attractions, and most of your meals.

  • Do your prices include motorcoach transportation?

    Yes! All our prices include round trip motorcoach transportation starting from the pickup location you provide us with. We contract from a list of qualified luxury motorcoach companies. These charter companies are located throughout the United States. Your motorcoach is equipped with video and a restroom and we also pay for the bus driver's lodging, meals, and entrance fees.

  • Why must I register to view your bus tour packages for my location?

    We need you to register so we know your group's starting location. We have pre-designed, custom itineraries and pricing for every possible starting location in America.   • What kind of buses do you use?

    We use only top-quality motorcoaches with at least 54 seats that are video and restroom equipped.

  • How can I make money on this trip?

    The price you see on our web site is the amount per person due to Diamond Tours®. However, you can charge more to your individual participants. Of course, we strongly recommend you keep your profit amount reasonable to help ensure you get the signups you need for the trip to go.

  • What is your cancellation policy for individual participants?

    If an individual participant cancels, we will refund any amount paid, as long as we are notified of the cancellation at least 2 weeks before the trip, and the number of remaining participants stays at 30 or more. If the individual has purchased our Travel Confident Protection Plan, they are protected even further.

  • What hotels do you use?

    In most cases, Diamond Tours® books non-smoking rooms with either two double or queen size beds in major franchise hotels. Our on-site representatives regularly inspect hotels for sanitation, hospitality and safety.

  • What support do you provide during the tour?

    Diamond Tours® Destination Managers are on hand at the destination to assist you (most destinations). We also provide you with a list of staff telephone numbers prior to your departure. These staff members will be intimately acquainted with your tour, and they are available twenty-four hours a day.

  • Do you provide all the tour documents and itineraries for my customers?

    Yes! In addition to the free full color promotional flyers to help you promote the tour, several weeks before the trip departs we supply you with all of the tour documents and itineraries you need to give to your group. We also supply the bus driver all of the driving directions needed for the tour, so you can relax and have fun with your group.

  • Do you help me promote my tour for free?

    Yes! We print full-color, customized flyers for you! We also email you a copy of the flyer. You can email this flyer to your potential participants or post it to your web site.

  • My group prefers not to visit casinos. Can you still accommodate us?

    We appreciate and respect your values. Every Diamond Tours® trip that includes a casino visit also carries an alternative activity for groups who do not gamble.

  • Do a lot of Tour Companies purchase your tours?

    Travel professionals all across America resell Diamond Tours bus trips in their local market. Whether you are a small travel company with a loyal customer following, or a large travel professional with a huge customer base, reselling Diamond Tours wholesale bus trips will work for you. Some of our travel professionals resell ten or more Diamond Tours trips every year!

  • How do I make a profit with Diamond Tours?

    The price you see on our web site is the amount per person due to Diamond Tours®. However, you can charge more to your individual participants. Of course, we strongly recommend you keep your profit amount reasonable to help ensure you get the signups you need for the trip to go.

  • Do you email me a copy of the flyers

    Yes! Since email is how many people communicate these days, we email you a PDF of the free promotional flyers we print for you, so you can email it to your group members.

  • Can you put my logo on the promotional flyers instead of your logo?

    Sure ! We never place our own logo on the promotional flyers of our travel professional customers. We will be happy to use yours instead!

  • Do you provide all the tour documents and itineraries for my customers?

    Yes! In addition to the free full color promotional flyers to help you promote the tour, several weeks before the trip departs we supply you with all of the tour documents and itineraries you need to give to your group. We also supply the bus driver all of the driving directions needed for the tour, so you can relax and have fun with your group.

  • Do a lot of Bus Companies purchase tours from you?

    Bus companies all across America use Diamond Tours for their wholesale bus tour package needs because it saves them money and time.

  • Who provides the motorcoach?

    If you are a bus company, then you will provide the motorcoach for the tour you book.

  • What are the prices without the motorcoach included in the price?

    To see our prices without the motorcoach transportation included in our prices, simply register and select "bus company" from the "Customer Type" field when you are registering and login. By doing this, all of the prices listed on our website have the cost of transportation removed from the price.

  • Do you email me a copy of this flyers

    Yes! Since email is how many people communicate these days, email you a PDF of the free promotional flyers we print for you, so you can email it to your group members.

  • How do I make a profit?

    To make a profit, simply add into the price your per person cost for the motorcoach, plus any additional per person profit you want to make. Of course, we strongly recommend you keep your profit amount reasonable to help ensure you get the signups you need for the trip to go.

  • Can a small group or individual join a Diamond Tours trip?

    Yes! Diamond Tours has THOUSANDS of trips departing from HUNDREDS of locations across the United States. These are perfect for small groups and individuals looking to join a bus tour. Many of these tours have room for more people.

  • How do I search for a trip in my local area?

    It's easy! You can search for bus trips departing from your local area on our JOIN A BUS TOUR page. Each tour has a link to it's full tour details.

  • After I find a tour I like, how do I join the tour?

    To join the tour, just call Diamond Tours and give us the tour number of the tour. We'll put you in touch with the leader of the group to sign up for the trip.

  • How do I pay for the tour?

    You will pay the leader of the tour directly, since the leader collects all of the monies for the tour initially. The tour leader then forwards all of group's money to Diamond Tours.
