Each group receives a top quality, video and restroom equipped motorcoach with 54 seats or more. If the bus is not already equipped with WiFi, you can always use the data connection from your mobile phone.

Once you choose the bus tour you would like to join, we'll put you in touch with the Group Leader. On the Page of the trip you want to Join, click the "Join this Tour" button. Fill out the simple contact information form. You will receive the group leader's contact information, and they will receive yours.
Diamond Tours deals with 55+ groups of all kinds. From Senior Centers, Church Groups, AARP Chapters, Bank Travel Groups... Travel Agents that resell our tours to Groups. The leaders of those group leaders are regular people just like you! And so are their passengers!
Each group leader has their own spot like, for example, a church parking lot. Your group leader will tell you their spot.
Group leaders of our bus tours have the right to choose who will be the passengers of their bus tours. Simply be polite and respectful when you speak to your group leader. Explain to them why you feel you and any of your companions are a great fit for their group journey. Clarify any questions you have. and everything will likely go smoothly!
You will pay the leader of the bus tour directly, since the leader collects all of the money for the tour initially. The tour leader then forwards all of their group's money to Diamond Tours.
Each group leader is different. Please ask the group leader that question when you contact them.
Diamond Tours only communicates with Group Leaders, not the passengers. We sell each bus trip wholesale to each group leader. The group leader sells it to the passengers. When each passenger signs up, they send payment to the group's leader directly.
We have one of the most liberal cancellation policies in the travel industry. Reimbursements for all individual cancellations will be made and honored up to 30 days prior to departure.

For further peace of mind, we suggest purchasing Travel Protection. The group leader for the tour you would like to join can provide you with information on how to purchase it at a low cost.
In most cases, Diamond Tours books major franchise hotels. Our on-site representatives regularly inspect hotels for sanitation, hospitality and safety.
Diamond Tours® Destination Managers are on hand at the destination to assist you (most destinations). We also provide your Group's Leader with a list of staff telephone numbers prior to your departure. These staff members will be intimately acquainted with your tour, and they are available twenty-four hours a day.
