Dinner on the Spirit of Norfolk
A freshly prepared and seasonally inspired buffet-style dinner offers something for everyone. Start your meal off with a salad. Choose from an organic mixed field green salad, organic spinach and kale salad, roasted red beet salad, Mediterranean couscous and chickpea salad, or orzo and bay shrimp salad. Mains include oven baked North Atlantic sole fillet, honey and sesame chicken, whole-roasted pork loin and braised beef short ribs. Complementing the entrees are roasted broccoli florets, cream corn and cheddar casserole, baked ziti pasta and mashed potatoes. Seasonal cut fruit, cannolis, chocolate drizzle cheesecake, chocolate cake and apple cobbler are just a few of the desserts served at the buffet. Complimentary refreshments include water, iced tea, coffee and hot tea. Soda and juice, beer, wine and cocktails are available for purchase.
Onboard Entertainment
After you’ve strolled along the ship’s spacious observation deck for spectacular views and enjoyed the delicious dinner buffet, relax in one of the ship’s lounge spaces. Lounge spaces feature all kinds of entertainment. Play your favorite board games like Jenga and tabletop shuffleboard or listen to some of the best DJs in the city as they play multiple genres and styles of music on the cruise ship.
