Delight in the awe-inspiring architectural and engineering marvel, the CN Tower, part of our Toronto bus tour. Perched 1,815 feet over the city streets of downtown Toronto, the CN Tower is a concrete communications and observation tower on the former Railway Lands built in 1976.  A signature icon of the Toronto skyline and a symbol of Canada, the CN Tower is the tallest free-standing structure in the Western Hemisphere and was classified as one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World by the American Society of Civil Engineers in 1995.

Take a thrilling ride in the CN Tower’s high speed elevators or enjoy world-class dining in one of the tower’s restaurants. The CN Tower is home to a wide range of unique attractions and exhibits waiting to be explored.

High Speed Elevators

Once you’ve arrived at the CN Tower, climb aboard one of the building’s high speed elevators and thrill to the top of the world in a mere 58 seconds. Travelling at a speed of 15 miles per hour, the glass-fronted elevators will provide you with breathtaking views of Toronto and the surrounding area as you race upwards.

LookOut

As you step off the elevator you will find yourself on the LookOut Level. At 1,136 feet in the air delight in spectacular views of Toronto. The LookOut level of the CN Tower also provides the perfect opportunity to capture the city on camera.

Skypod

From the LookOut level, those who wish can transfer to the special Skypod elevator and climb another 33 stories into the air. At 1,465 feet you can delight in panoramic views of Toronto, Lake Ontario and the surrounding region.  On a clear day you might even see Niagara Falls or Rochester, New York.

Glass Floor

Just below the LookOut level at 1,122 feet is the CN Tower’s Glass Floor. Built of 256 square feet of solid glass, five times stronger than the required weight bearing standard for commercial floors, the Glass Floor allows you to admire downtown Toronto from above. Walk or crawl across, sit on, or even jump on the Glass Floor.

Outdoor Sky Terrace

During your time on the CN Tower’s Glass Floor, don’t forget to admire Toronto and feel the breeze on your face from the level’s Outdoor Sky Terrace.

Legends of Flight

From the Wright brothers to the leading-edge of the jet-age, Legends of Flight is a 3D journey that weaves an extraordinary 3D flight path through the technology and magic of aviation. Explore the gravity-defying world of flight, or witness the unfolding of one of the greatest aviation projects of our age during this 3D adventure at the CN Tower.

Himalamazon

Experience the fantastic environmental voyage during Himalamazon, a motion picture theater ride. It is the near future in Himalamazon and mankind faces environmental disaster through years of over-harvesting the forests. But scientists have developed a “Super-Tree” in a stimulated world called Himalamazon that quickly generates needed wood and life-giving oxygen. Feel the wind and water as you join one of these Super-Trees on its journey from seed to harvest.

CN Tower Restaurants

The CN Tower is not only known for its unique attractions, but also houses some of Toronto’s top restaurants. At 1,151 feet in the sky is 360 Restaurant featuring unforgettable market-fresh cuisine combined with a magnificent revolving view of Toronto. Located on the tower’s LookOut Level is Horizons Restaurant boasting upscale bistro fare coupled with spectacular views of the city. Catering to a wide array of tastes is Le Café. Travel Tip

It is important to note that a separate ticket is required for Skypod. Tickets for this attraction can be purchased at the base of the CN Tower or on the LookOut Level.
