The Mermaid Swims
In addition to the Aquarium’s interactive feeding shows, you can catch live mermaids in action during a mermaid show. Ladies that perform in the Aquarium’s mermaid shows have various backgrounds, from synchronized and competitive swimming to ballet. Each is scuba-certified and gets air from hookah ports throughout the tank during their 15-minute performance. During the show performers swim among the fish and do everything from blow bubbles to interact with individuals watching from the outside of the tank. See them twirl, flip, dance and do other impressive stunts as fish swim around them.
