Daily Itinerary for this Tour

Day 1
After landing at the Portland International Jetport, board your spacious, video and restroom equipped motorcoach as you head for your destination: Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, & New Brunswick, Canada! This evening, you will check into your hotel in Maine for a two night stay.
Day 2
Start the day with a Continental Breakfast before you depart for Bar Harbor, Maine. Enjoy this beautiful downtown waterside district for free time and shopping. Afterwards, you'll head to the famous, impressive ACADIA NATIONAL PARK for a Guided Tour. This 47,000-acre Atlantic coast recreation area is primarily on Maine's Mount Desert Island. This evening, you will have Dinner before returning to your hotel.
Day 3
After enjoying a Continental Breakfast, you will head for NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA. You will have Dinner and later check into your HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA area hotel for a two night stay.
Day 4
Start the day with a Continental Breakfast before enjoying a full day GUIDED TOUR. This fabulous tour includes Nova Scotia's Capital City of HALIFAX, PEGGY'S COVE, and LUNENBURG. Peggy's Cove, home to the most famous lighthouse in all of Canada, is a highlight of the tour. Old Town Lunenburg is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Seventy percent of the original colonial buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries continue to greet visitors with their colorful façades. Today's visit also includes a stop at the beautiful HALIFAX WATERFRONT. This evening, enjoy Dinner before heading back to your hotel.
Day 5
Enjoy a Continental Breakfast, then head towards PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND. Upon arrival, you'll meet a Guide for an orientation tour of CHARLOTTETOWN, the Capital of Prince Edward Island. Later, you'll have some free time. This evening you'll have Dinner, and check into your hotel in preparation for a great day on Prince Edward Island.
Day 6
Start the day with a Continental Breakfast before your GUIDED TOUR OF PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND. Your tour includes picturesque rural villages, gently rolling pastures, and the beautiful contrast of colors provided by deep red soil and the whitecaps on the waves. Visit the world famous GREEN GABLES HERITAGE SITE based on the world-famous novels written by L.M. Montgomery. Step back in time as you visit the home of fictional character Anne of Green Gables, stroll through Lover's Lane or the Haunted Woods. Then you will have Dinner and head back towards New Brunswick, Canada to check into your hotel.
Day 7
Today, after enjoying a Continental Breakfast, you'll depart for the famous HOPEWELL ROCKS, where you will meet a Guide. Explore these huge rock formations standing between 40–70 feet tall, which were caused by tidal erosion. Next, you will enjoy a relaxing Lunch. Afterwards, you will drive to the Waterside Town of SAINT JOHN, NEW BRUNSWICK. A Tour Guide will show you sights such as the Reversing Falls Rapids, the City Market, and views of the Bay of Fundy, while you learn the history of Canada's oldest incorporated city. Later, enjoy Dinner and check into your hotel.
Day 8
Start the day with a Continental Breakfast before heading to KING'S LANDING HISTORICAL SETTLEMENT. Enjoy a tour of one of Canada's premier tourist attractions, King's Landing is a living history museum with original buildings from the period of 1820 - 1920. Then, you will head to your hotel in Maine for the evening.
Day 9
Enjoy a Continental Breakfast before departing for home… a perfect time to chat with your friends about all the fun things you've done, the great sights you've seen and where your next group trip will take you!

A $75 per person deposit is required to secure your reservation and is also applied toward your amount due. Both payments are made directly to the leader of the group for the trip you want to join. If you are joining a trip that is leaving within 9 Weeks of signing up, payment in full would be due. Each group leader has their own methods of accepting payments securely from their passengers. They will discuss methods of payment they accept when you contact them about signing up.

Each group has their own designated departure location and car parking for their bus tours. It is usually a Community Center parking lot, Church parking lot, or something of that nature. That is where you can park your vehicle and also where the passengers get onto the motorcoach to begin their vacation. When you choose the tour you want to join and instantly receive that group leader's contact information, you will be provided with the exact starting location details for that tour.

We have one of the most liberal cancellation policies in the travel industry. Reimbursements for all individual cancellations will be made and honored up to 30 days prior to departure.

Diamond Tours deals with 55+ senior citizen groups. For example, Senior Citizen Centers, Community Centers, Church Groups, AARP Chapters, and Travel Agents that resell our tours to Seniors, etc. The designated "Group Leader" for each trip is the person you pay directly and sign up with.
