Million Dollar Quartet Show, Branson, MO

The Million Dollar Quartet was the name given to the songs recorded on Tuesday December 4, 1956 in the Sun Records Studios in Memphis, Tennessee.  Those songs were recorded as an unscripted jam session between Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash.  While the recordings seemed to have happened by pure chance, they are now cemented in rock-and-roll history for the foreseeable future.
