Doug Gabriel has been a fixture in the Branson entertainment scene for years. He began singing at age two and performing professionally at age twelve. In 1994 his own show was created called “The Branson Morning Show, starring Doug Gabriel.” Doug has toured and performed with musical legends including Marie Osmond, Bobby Vinton, Moe Bandy, Mel Tillis, Roy Clark, Tony Orlando, Tanya Tucker, Ronnie McDowell, and The Gatlins. His show is currently the eighth longest-running show in the Branson area, and he is Branson’s most awarded performer, having been honored eight times as Branson’s “Male Vocalist of the Year.”

What to Expect at the Show

Taking place at the Pierce Arrow Theater in the heart of Branson’s entertainment district, Doug’s show blends music and comedy to create a clean and family-friendly atmosphere that will leave you wanting to return again and again. Doug’s wife and children are all involved in the production of this high-energy show as they sing, dance, and play various instruments. The family shows off their musical talents as they cover songs ranging from rock to gospel to country and 50s favorites.

You’ll hear Doug expertly cover songs from musical legends of both the past and present, such as the Bee Gees, Sugarland, Tom Jones, the Righteous Brothers, Taylor Swift, Marty Robbins, Shania Twain, and many more. Throughout the show, Doug even breaks out his world-famous Mufftar, a guitar made entirely out of a 1969 Thunderbird car muffler. Doug and his family are extremely personable and pride themselves on forging a connection with audiences throughout their shows.

Travel Tips

- There is a gift shop and concession stand in the lobby area of the theater for you to enjoy before or after Doug’s show.

- Doug’s show is approximately two hours in length.

- After the show, Doug and his family can often be found in the lobby greeting visitors and taking photos.
