Unlike other tour companies, no deposit of any kind is required to make a group
reservation. We’ll hold your trip date
for free, and give you time to promote the tour.
To confirm your booking, simply send in your group’s deposit.
If you have to cancel, there is NO cost or obligation of any kind!
Any deposit will be refunded in full.
We can also try to combine you with another group that is also in need of more people.

Yes!
The prices and itineraries you see when logged into our web site cover the entire
trip, starting from your town. Our
prices include round trip motor coach transportation, all lodging (including en
route hotels), admission to all attractions, and most of your meals.

Do your prices include motor coach transportation? What bus companies do you use?
All our prices include round trip motor coach transportation starting from the pickup
location you provide us with.
We contract from a list of qualified luxury motor coach companies. These charter
companies are located throughout the
United States. Your motor coach is guaranteed to
be three years old or newer, and equipped with video and a restroom.
We also pay for the bus driver’s lodging, meals, and entrance fees.
What hotels do you use?
In most cases, Diamond Tours® books non-smoking rooms with either two double or queen
size beds in major franchise hotels.
Our on-site representatives regularly inspect hotels for sanitation, hospitality
and safety.
What support is provided during the tour?
Diamond Tours® Destination Managers are on hand at the destination to assist you (most
destinations).
We also provide you with a list of staff telephone numbers prior to your departure.
These staff members will be intimately acquainted with your tour, and they are available
twenty-four hours a day.
Do you help me promote my tour for free?
Yes!
We print full-color, customized flyers for you!
We also email you a copy of the flyer.
You can email this flyer to your potential participants or post it to your
web site.
How do I receive a free trip?
If you have 40 paid participants, you will receive two free trips (that is, the
41st and 42nd people are free). If
you have 35 paid participants, you will receive one free trip (the 36th person is
free).
How large must my group be?
The minimum group size is 30 people.

How can I make money on this trip?
The price you see on our web site is the amount per person due to Diamond Tours®. However, you
can charge more to your individual participants.
Just let us know the price you would like to charge, and we will print that
price on your free promotional flyers.
I am a travel professional and I have my
own logo. Can you put my logo on the
promotional flyers instead of your logo?
No problem! We never place our own
logo on the promotional flyers of our travel professional customers.
We will be happy to use yours instead!
What is your cancellation policy for individual
participants?
If an individual participant cancels, we will refund any amount paid, as long as
we are notified of the cancellation at least 2 weeks before the trip. If the individual
has purchased our Travel Confident Protection Plan, they are protected even further.
My group prefers not to visit casinos. Can you still accommodate us?
We appreciate and respect your values. Every Diamond Tours® trip that includes a
casino visit also carries an alternative activity for groups who do not gamble.
