Diamond Tours® has a variety of employment opportunities, and we hire on an ongoing basis as our needs arise.

Some of the positions held by our employees include:
  • Tour Managers coordinate and schedule all elements of the groups' tours before they depart. They possess the organizational and analytical skills necessary to coordinate the tours, and use their strong human relations skills when interacting with our customers and suppliers. Tour Managers work in our office in Fort Myers, Florida.
  • Group Sales Account Executives communicate by phone with our customers from all over the country. The Account Executives advise our customers about the details of our tour offerings, and accept bookings from customers who wish to purchase a tour. Account Executives work in our office in Fort Myers, Florida.
  • Destination Managers assists our groups on-site while the groups are in their tour destination. The Destination Managers provide the "face" of Diamond Tours® during the tour - greeting the groups, making sure planned events run smoothly, and helping solve problems that may arise. Destination Managers live and work in the tour location to which they are assigned for several months at a time.
