The Hughes Brothers Theatre is a Branson landmark, originally owned, was the home and showplace for country music legend Roy Clark. In 1983 he opened the Roy Clark Celebrity Theatre, becoming the first country music star to have his own venue in Branson. This led to a trend where Branson became the center of live music performances. He has since sold the theatre to the Hughes Brothers & they renamed it the Hughes Brothers Theatre.
