Rock Around the Clock

During Rock Around the Clock, a phenomenal cast dressed in brightly-colored poodle skirts and blue suede shoes will take you on a nostalgic trip down memory lane as they pay tribute to 1950’s rock and roll pioneers including Buddy Holly, Bill Haley, Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, Elvis Presley, The Platters, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard and more. Sing along to songs such as, “Great Balls of Fire” and “Jail House Rock.” Clap your hands to “Blueberry Hill.” Dance down the theatre’s aisles to “Rock Around the Clock,” “Shake Rattle and Roll” and other rock and roll hits.

About the Producer

Born in the north of England, David King’s career took off with his first major hit show Spirit of the Dance. Today, King is known as one of the best in the business. Employing more than 500 dancers, singers, creative directors and technical crew, David King has hit shows all over the world. At any one time more than 20 of King’s shows could be appearing around the world, including productions in America, Australia, Monte Carlo, South Africa, Europe, Asia and Canada.

Food and Drinks

Pick up a candy bar or a cold drink to enjoy during the show. Concession areas can be found in the lobby and auditorium of the Palace Theatre and sell a variety of snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine.

-          Productions aren’t all the Palace Theatre has to offer. Boasting 63,900 square feet and featuring a nearly 7,000 square foot, golden-domed lobby with 3 crystal chandeliers and a winged staircase leading up to the mezzanine level, the building itself is worth a second glance.
